1. Right of withdrawal (return within 14 days)

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act.

The period begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you receives the goods .

Conditions for a return:
– The goods are in their original condition as delivered
– All accessories supplied (box, warranty card if applicable, copy of invoice) are included
– The return will be announced within 14 days
– Returns without prior notice cannot be processed
– The buyer bears the costs for return shipping

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original payment method within 10 business days .

2. Legal warranty (12 months for used items)

Since these are used goods, the statutory warranty period according to Section 476 Paragraph 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB) is 12 months from receipt of the goods .

Within the scope of the warranty, we are liable for material defects that already existed when the watch was handed over.

In particular, the warranty does not cover:
– Damage caused after delivery due to improper handling, third-party interventions or external influences
– Normal age-related wear and tear (e.g. scratches, luminous changes)
– Deviations that have already been documented in the product offer

Please note:
Opening the watch by a third party (e.g. watchmaker or workshop) terminates the warranty obligation unless it can be proven that the defect already existed at the time of handover.

3. Transport damage or incorrect delivery

Please inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt. If the delivery is damaged or the item is incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days:
