Shipping conditions

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free worldwide – except for special shipping zones.
Due to increased logistics costs and longer transport routes, orders to these countries will incur a shipping fee of €49.99 . The affected countries are marked accordingly in the checkout.

Express shipping can be selected for an additional charge during checkout. The costs and the shortened delivery time will be displayed before completing your order.
If express shipping is not available for a country, the surcharge will be automatically refunded and the shipment will be sent via standard shipping.


Shipping exclusions

Due to the current security situation or because certain countries are not delivered to by our shipping service providers, we are currently unable to offer shipping to some countries.
Orders from these countries will be automatically cancelled and any payments refunded immediately.


Shipping service provider

Shipping is handled by a shipping service provider of our choice (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx). We select the most suitable provider depending on the destination address, value, and size.
Tracking information will be provided automatically or via email after shipment.

Insurance:
All shipments are fully insured ; we cover the insurance costs.


Processing time & delivery times

The processing of an order (preparation, packaging, handover to the shipping service provider) usually takes 3-5 working days .
The delivery time depends on the country of destination and may be extended in individual cases:

Germany:

  • Standard: 2–7 business days

  • Express: 1–2 business days

Europe (EU & EEA including Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom):

  • Standard: 4–14 business days

  • Express: 2–5 business days

Africa:

  • Standard: 10–25 business days

  • Express: 5–12 business days

Asia:

  • Standard: 8–20 business days

  • Express: 4–10 business days

North America:

  • Standard: 6–14 business days

  • Express: 3–7 business days

South America:

  • Standard: 10–25 business days

  • Express: 5–12 business days

Oceania:

  • Standard: 8–18 business days

  • Express: 4–9 business days

A notice:
In individual cases (e.g. customs inspections, force majeure) the delivery time may be extended.


Transfer of risk & transport damage

The shipping risk and liability for transport damage lie with the shipping company.
If a shipment arrives damaged, we ask the buyer to report the damage immediately to the deliverer and inform us so that we can resolve the issue quickly.


Holidays & delivery delays

No processing or delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
In case of increased shipping volume (e.g. before holidays) or unforeseeable events (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics), further delays may occur.


Customs & Taxes (outside the EU)

Important NOTE:
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import sales tax, and other charges may apply. These additional costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient directly to the relevant authority or the delivery company upon receipt.
